Due to the tightness of the opening they are a challenge putting on, but they stay put. If it holds up then its a steal! These Monsters fit well, have decent sound quality, not as loud as I would have hoped for, but the battery life is crazy awesome. No instructions but Installation isnt complicated at all. Going to keep them both. As others have stated, the bass can be quite muddy at times. I always add a security cable between bikes and the car. Ive posted some pics/videos of a few things I do with them including assisted pull-ups. Not sure it would be comfortable on someone with a wide foot. For under $100, this is a good purchase.
