Bought this item for work. Trying to purchase the necessary attachments are impossible and emailing the manufacturer is waste of time, they don?t return messages. I loved this product from day one, but recently , I charged it and when I turned it on, it started talking in a foreign language. So cute for the price. Wish there was a higher rating than 5? They deserve a 10 star. These are not that great for a daily driver when it comes to gaming. Now for the important part:SOUND:These headphones do very well on technicalities. Don?t get me wrong, it?s still far, far away from my Sennheiser HD650 and Hifiman 400, and it?s no match to my Grado SR225e, but it is definitely with very good sound quality. Again, removing the dongle and putting it back seems to make it work again. I had to wiggle the case in a bit more.
