They are water shoes first and foremost, not first walkers by any means so make sure your little one is very steady on their feet. not only are they from BTS but the quality is there. Then they kept asking me to explain to them in detail of what was wrong with it, i had already did that, there?s nothing else I could possibly add to that, then they wanted me to send me a video of what was wrong with it, I don?t think that was right of them wasting my time to prove to them that their item was defective, they could have just asked me to send the mouse to them and they could have sent me creditor buy a mouse from them or a replacement. Earbuds are comfortable (i have small ears and Apples version are too big/clunky for me) and bluetooth capability is great; I was able to walk all around the upstairs of my home (with my phone in 1 spot) and it kept the connection the whole time. Only "trouble" is that the soles are surprisingly noisy when you walk, but thats not really an issue unless you plan on sneaking up on somebody. My replacement Viper Ultimate came in and at first it was perfect.
