It was during my Europe trip, so Im stuck with a defective pair of shoes. To the degree that Im going to wait until it gets a little warmer to install this because I want to UN-bend this piece of steel (seen in both photos) because Im pretty sure its not meant to be this way. Another thing I like is the minimal branding; all you are going to find is two Sonitum logos found on the sides of each ear cup in a dull stainless steel finish. The last thing youll have to worry about is the integrity of the case itself. The battery and buttons work very good. They aren?t hard to get used to and the arch isn?t too high like others have reviewed. It works the best on the upright wireless chargers. The company agreed they were defective but wanted me to pay for shipping on the return. Mi hijo las lleva muy bien porque s elas pone y quita el solo y no se le salen.
