Gone are the days that Bluetooth headphones come with the caveat of unreliability. I will be purchasing every season that comes on dvd! I was worried it was going to get damaged. This headset is pretty much plug and play, both wired and wireless with the dongle. Making me believe it is the headset itself. The sound including the base only works well only when the ear-tip piece is really seated in your canal. He loves his new Crocs. So again I say Buyer Beware!
