It was hard to set this up, requiring multiple chats with customer service. The PlayStation unit falls over if you move the unit at all because the dock is not strong enough to hold it. For example if the background instrumental was a bit loud- then the voice and bass would be lower. I received my galaxy A71 package in the mail today and was shocked to find that the box for the phone was not sealed. This is a wonderful set! The lower profile/lower height ram is great. This item was supposed to be checked and sent in working condition. The issue with discomfort has been resolved. The hardware is completely low-end, one door does not function at all (it will not slide or close). ? Whether connected via dongle or Bluetooth, audio is excellent.
