The video shows the removal to be real easy with little adhesive to remove from the old ones. I?ve purchased this model of headphones about 6 times throughout the years since they always break through normal use. So far these are durable and just about the size youd expect. 5, and I got the size 5b. They are very stretchy. I did have a lot of difficulty deciding which size to order - in fact I think they may be a little too big but rather that than too small - she just wont be able to wear them for a while. I was amazed at the quality for the price point. I ordered a half size up and they are slightly loose so it may be good to go a half size up.
