I just "un-twisted" the "knobs" counter-clockwise and then positioned the bars suction cups, and twisted the knobs clockwise to tighten and engage the suction. There are, basically, 4 screws (socket head) that bolt the hanger arm to the bracket and 4 wall insert screws that bolt the bracket to the wall. These are awesome, but the sound quality is a little too low, is this how they are supposed to be? Other than that they are great.
