I didnt realize that it needs Quick Charge 3. Do not tighten the bolts tightly for the cross beam until you get the brackets in place, then tighten the bolts. Strap really does help support the weight on the bike rack. They are very comfortable though, nothing pinches and they arent too wide or narrow. Only downside is you have to remove the AirPod case from the protection in order to access the pairing button as it?s not accessible otherwise. One more backstory to this whole episode. Bra has no adjustable straps to lengthen them and it is very short. I was first expecting to pay $100, but was pleasantly surprised by the pricing and reviews for these. I have a wide foot so this is very helpful. I suspect half of it broke first then the other piece broke a few days later because theyve been feeling slightly loose this week.
