I misplaced the original cord which was pretty flimsy and seem not durable like this one is so i was on the hunt to find a replacement. However, after 2 months the plastic casing on the right earbud separated, exposing all the inside wiring. The software also has the ability to generate a ringtone from the charging base and the headset for incoming calls. I was hesitant to get something in an apartment, but this thing is minimalist and noninvasive if placed high enough on the wall. I could always hear my enemies a lot better with the USB version, and my voice came through the mic as crisp as can be. They come on and off easily, and stay on with no issues. Wish it came with both, but it was easy to resolve with a quick trip to lowes. It is very light weight as I imagined, however it does not fit properly.
