They immediately got back to me (literally a few hours later). To be honest it is just a very little difference but she is happy as can be with them and that makes me happy as can be. Ive tested it with people, wafting by them and they confirm there is no longer any smell of it after about an hour. I did not have any of the problems I read in other reviews - duplicates or loose kids! (Thats the audio cutting out) :) About every 15-20 seconds, the audio cuts out for anywhere from a half-second to 3-4 seconds.
