I mainly use this pad for hip hinging exercises and its great! I have no argument with the quality of the product. Oh and another thing, this will ONLY hold five 6" offroad lights. I adjusted the headset volume to its highest level, but no joy -- still the same dim and distant presence. But its a fine rack once its put together, just make sure you tighten the screws well. Comes with soft gel soul cushions and heel protection cushions. I will give it four star for right now ,But I will do an update later to give or take away a star. Ive worn the headset for listening to audiobooks on my phone - was very comfortable even while hanging out on the couch or lying down. 704 so I knew 2400mhz was not stable with these ram sticks; 2200mhz was the max i could get out of them but im happy with that still fast at this speed. Other than that, I like them very much!
