I read many of the reviews and as soon as I opened the package I pulled very firmly on each area that there is stitching. Very happy with it Edit: I was putting them in the wrong ears and for some reason that makes them not work correctly. When the earbuds are in and sealed properly, the bass is amazing! If you are looking for noise isolation, this product delivers amazingly. I was so wrong! Great footwear, My son love to wear, soft and light weight, Recommended. I simply poured about 2 capfuls per gallon of cold water and let the sweater sit overnight. The replacement for the G100s (with side buttons) has arrived, and its great. Brought for my daughter, she loves them.
