Fortunately there arent too many instructions and you can get there with a little common sense. These lasted 4 weeks. Comfortable and more supportive then I thought they would be. I got the same orange colour, or so I thought when I ordered them. The strap can be in the back or in the front. Leaving them out to air out made it go away. I also really like the mesh racks so that my heels dont fall through. The touch screen is defective AND this unopened brand new matebooks warranty expired in Nov 2017! The hinge mechanism looked damaged and was quite shaky. Agree with other users that gap too big for road bikes and need pool noodle or other to secure.
