The headset case is plastic and looks very cheap. Bad: I hear a sound that sounds like an infinite dot. but they do beautifully for me! I was told most likely was my BT connection. This just uses a simple USB flush receiver for the signal. Also I fell in love wit the integrated cable lock for the bikes which retracts into the rack when not in use (didnt even realize it had that! Very tight, hope to loose some weight This makes our mud room so much organized and clean. Its a small detail but makes a big difference. I was super skeptical of it, but it?s legit amazing!
