There is absolutely no padding or cushioning in the insoles. Therefore if you want to use YOUR mouse on another computer, you must install razers spyware and login to your account - again agreeing razer can spy on you AND the owner of that second computer. Theres a silver button on the left ear-pad (theres an "L" and "R" inscribed faintly on the adjustment piece above each ear-pad), and you have to press and "hold down" the button until a voice tells you the earphones are connected. For ref: my 13 month old daughter who is just learning to walk wears a size 4 shoe and the 2-3M fits her perfectly with no room to grow. Basically neither slipper will work unfortunately I have to return them both. I took one of my older ones and just threw them in and they fit.
