Had to use romex to keep them in position as shown. Also its too short in the torso , but thats because Im tall. Fit well, comfortable and warm. I think itd be a better training stand if it was a half-inch wider or so. It doesnt have a lot of bells and whistles, but it works. Its sturdy and well built and probably a great kickstand if it fits. They really are comfortable and stay in my ears whether pounding the street or while working out. Not the best of the best but definitely satisfactory for the price.
