Overall I love it There are times I will be listening to music at my desk at work or walking down the street and cant enjoy my music because it keeps jumping from poor connectivity. At times,it is confusing to make sense of all the many names and series for their shoes. Rarely does my listener have to ask me to repeat something, either. I mightve been able to get a regular, old fashioned screwdriver to work, but I didnt have one with me.
