I loved these Stereo Headphones when I first got them. I was afraid I was going to break it by pulling on the head, but once I figured it out, it was easy. Because that connection is no where near the phone or the headset, there is no danger of damaging anything when disconnecting. I recommend going up a size. After going through a bout of Achilles tendinitis, I now swear by Fitflops. So comfortable and a plus that theyre super cute! 5?4 150lbs L/Xl was the perfect size Full marks there. Also, sticky velcro pads are offered as a mounting option option. Don?t buy the lapis one but the others are lovely
