Fits accurate to size. 5 foot fits the 9 perfectly. This belt seems ok in concept and has soft material but it falls short in a few areas:1. Theyre not puppets as advertised, theyre simply a normal slipper you can shove your hand in and fold in half making it look like he has a mouth, I thought there was more to it.
