As the hook part just came off and i never really used the hook so it?s not like I damaged it with over use, and even if i had used it all the time, thats what the hook is for, to hang the speaker. recommended I go to Harrys shoe store and buy the right inserts. Returned them and went down two sizes to get to the correct one. Later, stitches have come out in other places too. Im not planning on using these shoes for running as they are a bit on the heavy side, though feel stable and for me, the shoe does not squeak like in other reviews.
