I have narrow heels and need to adjust the straps to tighten them but then they keep coming loose. No one likes driving and freaking out at the same time right? There were some stupid "how to stretch out on the floor" before you using the machine, and how to take your pulse on your wrist when using the machine, but ZERO instructions on the "very many exercises" one could do with the machine. After he accepts the tin star, Johnnys past comes back to haunt him. But it is not difficult to build by looking at the picture printed on the box.
