I have sent a request to them as some of the wine bottles will not fit in the rack. The item title says memory foam and I didn?t see anything in description that details that 1/2 of the set is something other. The other was opened at the bottom, not at the top where the "zipper" is & 7 pieces are missing: 3 black & 4 clear. It?s been great. My favorite is the jewel covered ball, the one that is covered in crystals, its so sparkly and reflects in all different colors. My 15 month old daughter loves these. Was excited when i first installed. Personally I believe it should be identified as a travel mouse or micro mouse because its certainly not standard size. I bought this because of all the positive reviews. It comes with a case, 2 length of cords, a 1/4" adapter and the included in most headphones airline adapter (not too many US airlines use them any more).
