EDIT: So they sent me a replacement pair when I requested one through Amazon, so thats cool. it took us a bit to figure out how to put it together, but we looked online at the picture and then it worked fine. The same holds true with the Kain 120, as it has the same sensor (they both use the Roccat "Owl-Eye" sensor), likely iterated and improved on since the EMPs release. I would buy again!
