When I travel with someone and we want to watch a video on a phone or laptop this is a great device to have, so we can each wear a full set of headphones and hear the device. I almost had it in this product but this is a HUGE oversight. It also have wheels so I can easily move around. I had a small issue the wrong item was sent, customer service is excellent. Dont throw your old pads, mic out. I just got to the point were I tugged it enough to rip the connection and went about my business. I was holding it with my hands. After some consideration, I probably will not purchase these again. I would choose these over the official Bose replacements. I ordered one color but got another.
