Foundations are strong and sturdy. 5 since they run slightly big. For me that was a boon. It wraps comfortably around the wast and is the perfect length. I can say that this headset is light and comfortable, however I do wish it was bigger and a bit heavier to cover my entire ear. The heel height is just right. We attached this to our fifth wheel bumper, and it is very sturdy. That seems like a pretty good brush for washing your car all the vehicles. Overall for what it is and for what you pay, Id say this is a great buy. Although we had a horrible night of sleep where everything went wrong, these shoes made my dads day and I am so thankful I got them.
