In Teams I need to use the mute button on the laptop screen. I have lots of Sennheiser gear, and thought these would be a sureshot, I was wrong, and totally disappointed. Its the best lite, little gadget Ive ever had. Fortunately, Im a bit handy with a Dremel tool and I was able to shave down the width and front to get a proper fit. people on the phone with me using them say they can hear me pretty well. I also love the (fake) wooden surface on top and the little metal panels on the side that, in addition to being decorative, help prevent items from falling off. The price is pretty expensive and its better than nothing. They dont seal well enough to give that deep sound. These Samsung in-ears are good. I got a zebra stripe pair of playas because they were cheap.
