It would be wonderful if the authors would write a follow up book to this one, with further and more advanced Navajo style weaving techniques, including using diagonals andother more complex techniques in weaving, such as even raised outline. It has all foam sole so i dont know about how long wld they last if you use them for running on pavement or road but for casual use they are great.
