Its a great shoes! Legendary and deserving of all the praise heaped on them. that said it has been functioning for a couple of weeks as-is with no issue. The bad, its a real short list and one is a nitpick. I had a hairdryer handy but I never had to use it. Mind you, I have not compared it to these other ones yet. High quality bone. Minimal pieces and easy to put on SUV with two people. This just tighten and lifts, not shape you. Other than that as I said beautiful slipper!
