The sound of the speakers vary with each tile. There was a rattling in the right ear that was super distracting. The plugs at the ends seem very well made and not flimsy. However, I?m very happy with it, as I did not want to use adhesive on my bike, as other products have, and I totally recommend it. I really enjoy how easily I can move it around and how it can be used in many different rooms and for many different reasons and can be great for a home office or a bathroom so I am buying a few more of them at the price you can not beat! When placing the phone on the center spring button, the four prongs capture the phone instantly and is held firm until you release it. Once together it functions well and looks good. Let me start by saying that I love these shoes! I wasnt planning using them for phone calls, but I got a call while riding my bike, and was able to continue on, pressing the button to answer. Its also totally compatible w/wireless charging; didnt miss a beat!
