A few quibbles:- Installed Plantronics Hub software which allows you to view status of headset (including battery/talk time remaining) or chang settings on the headset, e. the letters reeked of paint fumes but otherwise it?s a pretty good bead set The cargo carrier is easy to fold up and fit back in the bag to put away. I wear open toe compression hose with sandals so the straps have to cover the edges. The color is not tan either. I had to reorder since their size was spot on. It fits comfortably, with no tightness in areas where tightness shouldnt be. Sturdy design and very durable. my fault 100%. So overall the entire keyboard is great.
