The 1-2 mic-audio splitter was missing. Over the last few years i have had some feet problems and gone are the days of wearing hard sole cute sandals. When I asked for help fixing they had me adjust the wrong bolts first. There is a USB "C" outlet for charging the light, which allows fast charging and another for charging your cell phone from the ample battery. Not impressed with the agent! Also, it talks constantly (in Chinese) when it?s battery is low and I can?t figure out how to turn the stupid thing off. phone was exactly as advertised. I recommend these headsets at $30 and below, anywhere above and youre over-paying. Turns this cover into a rigid stand up trunk. It seemed so nice and sleek at first, however 9 months down the line it just simply stopped charging the mouse.
