These shoes/slippers are great because they are have a Velcros close so they are adjustable and the nurses love them. the noise cancelling is ok. This thing is awesome! I?m happy I tried these on at a department store. I had the option of purchasing this product or a cheaper version with another vendor- but figured that I would give these speakers a try. To me it doent sound over powered by the bass, its on a normal level I guess. The idea is to conceal the loop under the shirt of coat which means it will be at least 4 or 5 inches away from the ear and this appears to be too much distance for this unit to be very effective.
