Haha, I would say these headphones are lucky if it survived hardcore workout sessions and rainfall. The only impressive thing about the sound quality is that they managed to tune these drives so poorly, Im impressed anyone at JLab listened to these headphones and thought the sound quality is adequate. The tip is tightly wrapped and does not shed the annoying fibers like every other Q-Tip I have bought. But you could easily put an insole down there for extra cushioning. I own and use a lot of different ear buds and, low and behold, I ended up with an inner ear infection. I practically live in these shoes. Because of some laggy moments while running a lot of programs, I will be returning the default configuration I ordered and getting a customized i5 or i7 and 16gb ram.
