It was easy to install great instructions, looks like they are factory install. I could have ordered directly from Rainbow for about 2 dollars more but Amazon ships faster for less (in which case I was able to get them delivered the next for MUCH LESS). I decided to take a chance on it and am quite happy. The unit is well made, looks very smart and aside from the voice recognition works well. I love these hooks .
