To make sure they are the right size when you get them just force your foot forward as far as you can and if your toes are at the front and your heel isnt hanging off the back you have the right size. They are super comfortable (the headband doesnt feel tight and the padding around the headphones is soft yet creates a good seal to block out ambient noise) and seem to be made out of high-quality plastic and padding.
