Its not trash. Sizing is great! The two pair we had last year and still going strong they are just a little on the small side. I cant use them, but I could before with several cables. Maybe I got a defective one. Overall still a nice shoe but a purchased a new insert for it. Mids are not as detailed as I would prefer, but are acceptable. I had to bend the bracket (that fits between the chain stay and seat stay) to adapt the stand to my specialized stumpjumper 2005. Got a smaller size a 4 and didnt got with wide size they fit brillant comfy a bit stitch with studs on top get sensitive skin anything like irritating Ill get used them with time A 6 foot Olympic bar fits just fine on it.
