I threw these shoes away for I did not have the receipt, we were moving out of state, and frankly I did not want a replacement. Not a big Music person, so cant comment on music quality, but they are 5 star for what I use them for. So, I decided to look here and found the shoe. Good low bass but lacking sparkle but for the money no big deal. You do NOT want to be on any plane without your Bose! So far, Ive only washed them once in a matter of a few months. Only time will tell as to their durability. ? The construction is very sturdy, with quality parts - it includes all cables, and even an allen wrench for installing,CONS:? The bell (only operable through the remote) is way too loud, and its volume cant be changed. I have had it a couple months and dont have any problems. I bought Sennheiser because of reputation and quality.
