Good price, fast shipping. It was quite dusty out of the box. We had been using traditional pillows that claim to be the best, only to have to buy more of them throughout each year. As it is, its just not compatible with our bikes and I wont use the rack because Im afraid of getting more damages to the bikes. The most aggravating thing that follows is the voice telling you its ready to pair followed by it saying its paired. Weve tried 6 pairs and all of them had issues immediately. I expect these to come off completely eventually. Great for standing and short amounts of walking. Looks very beautiful in our small space. they are great but are too short and may have to send them back for an exchange
