Input is starting to become erratic and Im having to take it out and plug it back in more. I purchased this exact same style in a shoe store two years ago (for $20 more, of course), and I was surprised at that time to find myself needing a half-size larger than I had ever worn in 50 years of purchasing all kinds of footwear. Part A in the instructions is actually Part B. (My feet are size 6. The sound quality was ok I love how adjustable they are as I have wide feet. He especially loves the fact that the chord is detachable and he doesnt have to have it dangling when wearing them around his neck (when not in use). Very comfortable on my head. The main complaint here, is you can only pull the headphone jack and XLR jack so far apart - and even on my little audio rack this means having the cable pulled tight to reach both the headphone output on my mixer and the XLR input on my pre-amp a few Us lower.
